Aircraft Maintenance Engineering is a 4 years license programme. It Comprises of 2 years academic and 2 years practical training in the live environment. AME Course can pursue through Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Govt of India approved AME Institutes in India.

On an average 1.5 to 5 lakhs per month (Starting from INR 25000 to 5 Lakhs/Month and even more)

Yes, for Diploma courses you are eligible !

Yes, you can chose Diploma, Graduation(BBA in Aviation) and Certification Courses.

Scope of both the Engineering programme are good but Aircraft Maintenance Engineering have more career options and vide field.

Directorate General of Civil Aviation- the statutory body formed under the Aircraft (Amendment) Bill, 2020. 

In different courses approximately 25000 seats.

You can’t compare other Engineering with Aviation sector, but the Aerospace/Aircraft/Aeronautical Engineer do the work of researching, maintenance,  testing and developing. These engineers are well oriented towards research and development in new technologies in government institutions like DRDO, ISRO and also can get opportunities to different Institutions in the world like NASA or other research organizations related to spacecraft, defence system, aviation, satellites, missiles etc.
